The only news I have to share is that I spent last Saturday morning in the E.R. trauma ward because I was stupid and landed on my foot wrong and spent the next week in a splint on crutches and nice pain pills. No splint or crutches or pain pills this week, but it still hurts a lot and I can't walk very far.
