OK. Actually writing this blog now to help keep me awake. Been having a bad run of nightmares and insomnia past couple of weeks. I had to be in at a spot today by 8:00 a.m., which meant rising before the sun to be there on time. It was just supposed to be 4 hours, go home, take a nap, then take photos and upload my three newest vials and my new miniature treasure chest.

Well, got here and they want me for 9.5 hours. I spent my lunch sleeping in a locked guest office; now, downing massive caffeine to make it through the unexpected long day.

That said, yesterday, I went ingredient gathering in the parks. It's still largely winter here, but I did find a few things to put in my vials; including the perfect flower to go into my Bubble Vial that I talked about last post. Yup, it's done. Hope to upload it tonight or tomorrow. The daffodowndillies* weren't even shooting up yet; but the first of the Claytonia (spring beauties) were coming out, tiny and colorful.

So, what else would I plug but spring flower motiffs in Etsy-land.

And, just in case you didn't know, comments from the peanut gallery are always welcome. Breaks up the monotony of the crickets chirping.
Something different today; not jewelry, not accessories, not bath and body.
LaVogue has the most gorgeous hand-painted daffodowndilly* silk nightgown. The blending of colors, and the beautiful flowers against the muddling of lavender, pink and blue, is just beautiful.
The rest of her shop stock is widely varied, and not limied to just clothing. It's definitely worth the time to browse.
* Just so you know, "Daffodowndilly" is the original way to spell and say "daffodil." I just think it's so much more fun to say the full thing. :-)

WOW! Thank you, Izile! There moght be some hepaticas blooming in the woods-- they are gorgeous, tiny, and delicate. Several colors, too, and I transplanted some into my garden. I'll send you a photo when I see blooms.

Gorgeous! And I love the daffy-down-dilly, we sing the rhyme here all the time in the spring!
