Day Job.

Sorry I haven't been updating as much as I'd like. I've recently gotten a new day job to help cover my bills. My first couple of weeks have had a lot more hours than I anticipated, so I haven't had as much time to work on Izile's Oddities and all the promotional updates I normally like to keep up with. However, starting next week, I should have a more normal part-time schedule and be better able to juggle.

I have been experimenting with more herbal oddities as well, and hope to get more done and up on Etsy soon. The picture here is of a new "giant fairy bath vial." It's a 6" long vial for either decoration or one dose bath soak. It's a blend of Pink Himalayan Salt, fresh Orange Mint and Lemon Thyme from my garden, Rosehip oil and a lavender satin ribbon.

I also have a chocolate mint sugar scrub in the works that I hope to have pictures of and a sample pot up on Etsy in the next couple of days. Made with chocolate mint from my garden, blended with my own homemade vanilla sugar, and a blend of rosehip oil and peppermint essential oil.

Another option to herbs in the bath is herbs in the tea! Herbal teas are a wonderful way to enjoy, in this case, mint and chocolate. Carmel Soaps has created this great blended tea of Chocolate nibs, mint leaves and rooibos (red) tea.

Free shipping and handling to US/Canada is an extra perk!

She also has Raspberry, vanilla, ginger and several other blends of teas as well as a great variety of bath and body products. Definitely worth the browing!

Thanks, to both of you! Though, hehe, my job's not much of a 9-5, it's more like a 3-11.
